Polyolefin beta-crystal nucleating agent (NU-100) CAS NO.85209-91-2

NU-100 is an economical and efficient polypropylene β-crystal nucleating agent. It can obtain β-crystal polypropylene with high β-crystal content by inducing β crystallization, and endow the products with good impact resistance and thermal deformation. High porosity and high porosity, so that the two contradictory aspects of polypropylene's impact resistance and thermal deformation resistance are organically unified. NU-100 is especially suitable for PP-R pipes, automobiles, home appliances and other modified PP products that require high impact resistance and high thermal deformation. It can also be used for the processing of high porosity and printable film products such as PP artificial paper.

2. Application features:
NU-100 is a cost-effective polypropylene β-crystal nucleating agent, which has the effect of improving the crystallization rate, crystallinity and β-crystal conversion rate, thereby giving the products good impact resistance, heat deformation resistance and High porosity. The test data show that adding 0.3% of NU-100 to isotactic and random PP, the β-crystal conversion rate is as high as 90%, and the impact strength and thermal deformation temperature are greatly improved. The improvement range is about 4 to 5 times, and the thermal deformation temperature can reach about 127 °C. Compared with other types of β-crystal nucleating agents, NU-100 has the characteristics of non-coloring, improved workability of products, low price, and good β-crystal stability. This product can be directly blended with PP powder, or can be pre-made into a master batch, and then used for secondary processing. The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% of the PP base material.

This product is non-toxic and odorless, and can be used for products that come into contact with food, but should avoid dust formation during operation and use, and keep away from fire sources.

4. Storage and packaging:
The inner packaging is PE bag, each bag is 20kg, the outer packaging is carton, and every two bags are packed in a carton. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, and can be stored for a long time under unsealed conditions.
